Comparison · Pipedrive vs :Impact
Pipedrive or :Impact?
Pipedrive is best-in-class for a sales rep updating their pipeline on the road. :Impact is best-in-class for a service business that needs the leads worked before they need a pipeline at all.
The verdict
Pipedrive sells the deal board as the product. We sell the lead system that fills the board.
Pricing at a glance
Pipedrive
$14 / $39 / $49 / $79 per seat per month. LeadBooster, Campaigns, and Web Visitors are paid add-ons that can add 50-100% to the bill.
:Impact
Flat £1,500 / £2,000 / £2,500 per month, including everything. No per-seat scaling, no add-on surcharges.
Feature for feature
Where the line actually falls.
Where Pipedrive wins
- +Best mobile app in the category. Real offline-capable, full-feature on iOS and Android.
- +Genuinely simple deal-board UX. Drag, drop, done.
- +Strong reporting on individual sales reps and deal velocity.
- +AI Sales Assistant gives useful deal-probability scores.
Where Pipedrive struggles
- −Email-only inbox natively. SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram all need add-ons or Zapier.
- −No native account view. To see all deals for one company, you click through three separate views.
- −No free plan. Trial only.
- −Built for sales reps managing 30 deals. Service businesses with 200 leads/month find it cumbersome.
- −Reporting depth is limited on Lite and Growth tiers.
- −No automated lead capture from Meta/Instagram lead ads as a first-class feature.
Which to pick, honestly.
Choose Pipedrive if
- ·You have a sales team of 5+ people each managing their own pipelines.
- ·Mobile updating in the field is the primary use case.
- ·Your sales cycle is multi-month and the pipeline is the artifact you live in.
- ·Your leads come from outbound and existing networks, not paid ads.
Choose :Impact if
- ·Your leads come from Meta ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, your phone.
- ·Speed-to-lead matters more than deal-stage tracking.
- ·You want one inbox for every channel, not Pipedrive-plus-five-add-ons.
- ·You want flat-rate pricing without per-seat scaling.
- ·You want the lead worked, not just tracked.
Questions buyers ask
What prospects actually want to know before they switch.
Can I import from Pipedrive?
Yes. CSV export from Pipedrive, paste into :Impact. Deal stage and notes carry over. We dedupe and AI-qualify on import.
I love the Pipedrive mobile app. Can you match it?
Honestly, not yet. Pipedrive has a native, offline-capable app that we do not. Our PWA works well on mobile but if your salesperson lives on the road and updates deals in the van, Pipedrive remains the better tool for that specific workflow. We are stronger on lead capture and qualification; they are stronger on deal management on mobile.
I run a service business and someone said I should use Pipedrive. Should I?
Probably not. Pipedrive is shaped like a sales-rep CRM. Service businesses tend to need lead capture from many channels, fast response, and review automation. Pipedrive does none of those well without add-ons. Your money goes further on a system designed for your shape.
