Comparison · GoHighLevel vs :Impact

GoHighLevel or :Impact?

GHL replaced ten tools with one toolbelt. :Impact replaced the same ten tools with one lead system. Toolbelt vs system. The setup time tells you which is which.

The verdict

GHL is the closest competitor on features. We are simpler, UK-native, and we run it for you instead of selling you a toolbelt.

Where GHL wins

  • +Genuinely deep multi-channel inbox: WhatsApp, IG, Messenger, SMS, voice all native.
  • +White-label resell tier ($497) for agencies wanting to skin GHL as their own SaaS.
  • +Massive automation builder. If you can imagine a workflow, GHL can build it.
  • +Click-to-WhatsApp Meta ads workflow is best-in-class.

Where GHL struggles

  • Reddit and G2 reviewers consistently flag overwhelm: "menus all over the place," "support slow or unresponsive."
  • 2-4 week learning curve before competence. Most SMB owners give up.
  • Hidden costs: email, SMS, voice, AI all metered on top of subscription. Bill creeps.
  • Texas-built. UK pricing is FX-derived. Not GDPR-first by design.
  • Built for agency resellers, not end clients. The end client gets a white-labelled product they did not ask for.

Which to pick, honestly.

Choose GHL if

  • ·You are an agency that wants to white-label and resell a CRM under your own brand.
  • ·You enjoy spending 2-4 weeks learning a new platform.
  • ·You need workflow depth that goes beyond what a normal SMB will ever use.
  • ·You are not bothered by US pricing in dollars or US-shaped support.

Choose :Impact if

  • ·You want the multi-channel inbox WITHOUT the 2-4 week onboarding tax.
  • ·You are a UK service business and want pricing in pounds, support in your timezone, and GDPR baked in.
  • ·You want flat-rate, not subscription-plus-metered charges.
  • ·You want someone to run the system, not become a part-time GHL admin.
  • ·You are an end client, not an agency reselling tools.

Questions buyers ask

What prospects actually want to know before they switch.

Is :Impact built on GHL?

No. :Impact is a from-scratch product. We share the philosophy of bundling channels (WhatsApp, IG, SMS, voice, email) but we are not a GHL skin.

My agency uses GHL. Can I switch to :Impact?

Yes, and we can migrate your existing automations and contacts. The trade-off: you lose the white-label resell ability until our Agency tier ships. If white-label is your business model, GHL still wins for now. If you are an end client paying an agency that uses GHL, you almost certainly get more value direct on :Impact.

GHL has Click-to-WhatsApp ads. Do you?

On the roadmap. Today the closest equivalent is our Meta lead ads webhook, which fires a WhatsApp message to the lead within 5 seconds of submission. Functionally similar; the click-to-WhatsApp deep link is coming.

See it for yourself.

48-hour onboarding, flat-rate plans, and a real human in Glasgow on WhatsApp. Switch when ready.
